Reading Reflection
*Well this weeks reading, help shed more light as to, writing my final paper. In chapter 5 broke down in steps, how to search your topic. Whether you have an author, a book in mind, if you have no clue, just a words, or a phase. On page (#67 Chapter 5a) recommend you write down questions, words, or issue you would like to know or look up. These questions come in handy so you don't get stumped.
*Important keys, when writing your paper is not only making sure your sources are factual. You also need to make sure you give your audience the right information. That's not all, your not only researching your topic. You also need to evaluate "check" author, and the publisher. You don't want your information to biases. You also need to check the web site your using.
*Another key factor is critically reading. when your reading don't get blind sighted. You should always question the information your thinking about using. How will my audience view this. Ultimately you should be able to go back to the original questions. Does this answer questions my readers may have. Your research question should help you come up with a Preliminary Thesis Statement. Which should lead you to your Thesis Statement.

I agree, these chapters were very helpful in evaluating sources.
All useful information and good ideas. Basically just start from your base project and work from there with the mindframe of, "what do I need to know, and make my audience understand, to achieve my purpose."
